Our Movember series discussing the importance of golf and mental health continues. Todd Thompson joins Adam Scully to discuss his very inspiring story. When he was 45 years old, Thopmson was diagnosed with prostate cancer in March of 2020. His cancer was found by a fluke when they checked his PSA numbers. Thompson, who’s now 50 years old started his golf tournament locally in Kincardine and received immense support from his community and employer, Bruce Nuclear. Movember is the charity beneficiary and so far, it’s raised over $77,000!

I am a host and producer at TSN in Canada. I host and produce Golf Talk Canada on both TSN and TSN Radio, Canada's only nationally syndicated golf program. I also host SportsCentre on TSN, Canada's most watched daily highlights show. I am an avid athlete and I believe my knowledge and expertise helps me in my field of work daily. I was drafted 83rd overall in the 2008 Ontario Hockey League Draft by the Erie Otters and maintain a four handicap on the golf course.
